The investment objective of the KJH Fixed Income Fund is to provide a stable source of income through an actively managed, diversified portfolio of predominantly North American fixed income, debt, debt-like and preferred share securities.
KJH Income Opportunities Fund*
The investment objective of the KJH Income Opportunities Fund is to generate stable and dependable income, together with an opportunity for capital appreciation through the ownership of preferred share equities, investment and non-investment grade bonds, and dividend-yielding common shares of Canadian and U.S. Corporations.

KJH Strategic Investors Fund*
The investment objective of the KJH Strategic Investors Fund is to generate long-term capital growth, predominantly through the ownership of Canadian and U.S. equities.
KJH Opportunities Fund*
The investment objective of the KJH Opportunities Fund is to generate long-term capital growth, predominantly through the ownership of North American securities that are considered small- and mid-cap stocks.
KJH Technology & Growth Fund*
The investment objective of the KJH Technology & Growth Fund is to generate long-term capital growth, predominantly through the ownership of equity in Canadian and U.S. entities across all sectors of the economy that are benefiting from long-term structural change brought about by rapid adoption of new technologies.
Focused Equity Strategies
KJH Founders Fund*
The investment objective of the KJH Founders Fund is to generate long-term capital growth, predominantly through the ownership of a portfolio of North American equity securities focused on a limited number of themes, industries and positions.
KJH Energy Partners Fund*
The investment objective of the KJH Energy Partners Fund is to generate long-term capital growth, predominantly through the ownership of North American equities of companies that are a) engaged in exploration and development of oil and gas; or b) provide energy-related services to such companies.
Alternative Strategies
KJH Senior Loan Fund*
The investment objective of the KJH Senior Loan Fund is to generate stable and consistent income while minimizing long-term volatility by focusing on senior bank loans and corporate borrowers that are non-investment grade rated.
YTM Capital Credit Opportunities FunD**
The investment objective of the YTM Capital Credit Opportunities Fund is to seek maximum risk-adjusted returns while preserving capital, utilizing diversified investment strategies that focus on Canadian investment-grade corporate fixed-income securities. This fund is offered through YTM Capital Asset Management Ltd.
YTM Capital Mortgage Income Fund**
The investment objectives of the YTM Capital Mortgage Income Fund are to invest in mortgages and other authorized investments with capital preservation as the main investment criteria, to achieve stable, above average returns for short term secured investments, and to provide stable monthly distributions for investors. This fund is offered through YTM Capital Asset Management Ltd.
Benchmark Index Disclosure
The reference benchmark for an Investment Fund provides a performance target against which the Fund’s performance is measured over a period of time. The Fund Manager chooses a benchmark, or a blended set of benchmarks, relevant to the investment objective and strategy of the respective Fund. As many Funds employ a currency hedging strategy, benchmark indices are not converted into the same reporting currency as the Fund.
