As Chief Executive Officer of Harbourfront Wealth Group (Harbourfront Wealth), Richard leads the firm’s strategic direction, focused on strengthening its advisor-first platform, driving growth, and expanding its presence among high-performing independent advisors across Canada.

Prior to joining Harbourfront Wealth in April 2026, Richard served as President & Chief Executive Officer of Manulife Wealth, where he led the business through a period of significant transformation and platform modernization.

Richard brings almost 30 years of experience in wealth management, with senior leadership roles at Dundee Corporation, Scotia Private Client Group, Dundee Wealth, and Standard Life in both Canada and the United Kingdom. Throughout his career, he has focused on building and scaling advisor-centric businesses.

Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Physics with Management Studies from Edinburgh Napier University, and a Postgraduate Diploma with Distinction in Administrative and Information Management.
