As a Private Client Analyst, Serena collaborates with colleagues to deliver exceptional service to clients and advance firm-wide initiatives to better serve client needs.

Before joining KJH Investors, Serena was part of the Consulting practice at Ernst & Young. There, she supported clients across Canada and the United States with large enterprise human resource technology strategies and end-to-end implementations. Serena also gained experience in strategy, research and client service through her university co-op program and is known for her thoughtful, analytical approach and clear communication skills.

Serena received an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration with Co-op from Wilfrid Laurier University, where she specialized in Strategic Management and she is currently working toward completing her securities registration courses. Outside of work, Serena holds a black belt in martial arts and enjoys kickboxing, swimming, and experimenting with new recipes.
